Life Waves & Choosing Yourself

We all have seen the sea waves, sometimes it scares us & most of the times we find peace in the waves.

Similarly, everyday is an untold story in our life. As time passes by , we unfold ourselves & gain experiences. Amidst gaining experiences , everyone chooses their own different path & start exploring .

Exploring life is a mix baggage of flowers & thorns.  We start plucking the flowers, thinking  we will have only flowers in life. No my dear friend,   even flowers has thorns & in life some days are bad & most of the days are good.

We never look beyond bad memories & attract negativity. It's but obvious moving forward is difficult but do we have any option?

It's us who can train our mind & body to get accustomed to the changes occurring in an around us. We get agitated or hyper when situation or circumstances doesn't turn out to be in our own way & this make the situation worse & we as an individual get mentally tired as we don't get a solution.

What's the solution, when the days are bad or the situation is not in our control?
 Often we seek advice or feel we should talk to someone but again we take a step back !!
Fearing someone might judge us or there will be no empathy.

Again, here the pre-dominance is our dependency on others & their opinion.. Here, we should understand no matter what the situation or circumstances are we need to have patience & calm our mind. But how to be calm & have patience in an adverse situation.

a) Face the situation boldly- No matter what are the factors affecting, we should have that confidence to face the situation. Confidence in yourself will help you not overcome the situation immediately but build faith within ourselves.

b) Stop Procrastinating- Assumptions is the biggest enemy. We keep on fighting with the situation that doesn't even exists & the entire energy becomes haywire. The whole process disturbs our mind. Our soul gets tired.

C) Practical thinking - Humans are emotionally attached to both mortal & immortal things. It's very difficult to detach oneself from the things he/she loves the most.But everytime we can't overcome a circumstance emotionally. Thinking practically , understanding the pros & cons of the action can simply the thoughts & the situation too.

D) Expecting a solution in one go- It's a natural human tendency to expect in return. As said if there is a problem, there is a solution too. But  everytime we can't get a solution in one go. It's a step by step process.

E) Choose yourself - Don't get overburden with the thoughts : like what people say if  I action on certain things.
Ask yourself ,what you want..will the actionable will give you a piece of mind?
If yes, go for it. Choose your mental peace first. At the end of the day, it's you who deals with the things not the people. Hence, prioritise yourself.

Always, find solution in every problem . Sit back , relax , think and action: things will turn around in your favour. You will feel sad, depressed, disheartened  but keep going sun will shine & it's a beginning of new day.
